THEY EXCHANGED THE NEW CROWN ORDERED-SENT USED CROWN-FINALLY NEW CROWNHappy the box was sealed, crown was circular, and even came with bobby pins that the nasty used one they sent under pretenses of being new - they exchanged. Happy with what should have been sent to begin with. Examine your product and don't wait til last day - otherwise an oblong unit will be sent to you and without the bobby pins.
