ITEMS YOU MAY RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- Due to our error
If your item is damaged or defective at the time of receipt, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with presenting valid photo proofs. We will check and provide a replacement or issue a refund.
- Missing items
If you find a part is missing in the packaging, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with presenting valid photo proofs. We will check and provide a replacement or issue a partial refund.
- Incorrect items
If you receive the item you didn’t order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with presenting valid photo proofs. We will check and provide a replacement of the item you did not receive or issue a refund.
Items not as described
If you receive the item that doesn’t match the description in the original description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with presenting valid photo proofs. Please kindly note that there will be a slight color difference due to different monitors and we do not accept item returns for this.
Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged with all tags attached.
- Contact us for return within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send the item back within 48 hours after receipt of the return confirmation to your registered email.
- Log into your account.
- Submit a return request with noting return reason and providing photo proofs. We will get back to you within 48 hours.
- You will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) after we confirm your return request.
- Send the item back with the RMA attached.
- Return with a trackable delivery service, and send us the tracking number and site.
- We cover the shipping & reshipping fees for: Damaged/ Missing /Incorrect /Not as Described Items due to our error.
- If you return free-shipping dresses or shoes for a refund, $15 shipping fee for each dress or shoes will be deducted from your refund, and $30 deducted for two items, $45 for three items, and so on.
- If you have placed a wrong order and want to request an exchange, the original shipping fee will not be returned and the return shipping fee will be at your cost.
- You may have to prepay the return shipping fee. If reshipping fees are proven to be at our cost after you confirm with our customer service via email, we will refund the return shipping fee when we receive the returned items (if you don’t request for a replacement).
EXCHANGE OR REFUND
- When we receive your return, we will check the item and provide a refund as requested. We may issue a partial or full refund depending on the condition of merchandise.
- Usually, when we receive your return, we will check the item and provide an exchange as requested. If you need a faster exchange processing, please contact us via customer service email.
- Refund will be processed as requested after we receive your return and check it’s in compliance with our Return Policy.
- Refund will be issued to the same account originally used to make the purchase. If you pay in Wire Transfer or Western Union Payment, we will use PayPal instead to issue the refund.
COVID-19 Special Care Notice
- * SWEETV understands that many weddings are postponed and rescheduled, so we are offering free return shipping + extended return windows (beyond our typical 14 days) for all of our customers in the US. We know that you wanna have a perfort look on your big day and how it is important to you. So we glad to accept returns up to 14 days after you’ve received your purchase. All returns must be in their original condition—unworn, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint and hair. Merchandise must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Important Notice: 1. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. 2. We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. 3. Refunds are issued 5-7 business days after your return has been delivered to us. 4. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. 5. Please do not send your return to the senders address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
