When your order placed successfully, please check your registered email to find your "Order Confirmation" email from us within 24 hours. If you do not get it, please email us immediately. It is very important!
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 24 hours of the payment for changing or canceling an order.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of a temporary address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.
How to pay with PayPal?
If you have a PayPal account, log in to make a direct payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, use your credit or debit card to pay through PayPal gateway.
What kind of shipping service does sweetv.com provide?
SWEETV offers two different shipping methods:
1) Economic shipping, it will take about 4-6 business days for delivery
2) Expedited shipping, it will take about 2-4 business days for delivery

Yes, we ship to worldwide.
How do I track my order?
We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually, you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.
When will my parcel be processed and shipped?
Generally, your parcel will be sent out within 1-2 business days after we receive your payment. Sometimes your order may be out of stock. In this case, our customer service will notify you by either email or phone to confirm whether you want a refund or an exchange.
When will my order arrive?
The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information to help you track the package until received. Please kindly note we are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

How can I return or exchange an item?
Please follow the steps below to proceed your return:
1) Login on sweetv.com first;
2) Go to My Account >> My Order dashboard;
3) Find the order you want to return, click “Return” button, you will be redirected to a page that needs your detailed return information. Please offer all the information, then submit;
4) After your submission, a new return record will be generated on “My Account >> My Returns” dashboard. If your return request meets our return policy, we will let you know and proceed with the return process within 48 hours. Always check the update on “My Return” dashboard please, all multidate information will be shown here.
What if my items are damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If the items you received are damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact our Customer Care Team: firstname.lastname@example.org at the earliest time. And please offer us the picture proofs for us to solve the problem in the shortest possible time.
Is an item missing from my shipment?
If your order is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours. You will receive a partial refund or you can choose to resend your order.
