Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us within 24 hours of the payment for changing or canceling an order.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of a temporary address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.

How to pay with PayPal?

If you have a PayPal account, log in to make a direct payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, use your credit or debit card to pay through PayPal gateway.

Shipping

What kind of shipping service does sweetv.com provide?

We have warehouses in the US, Canada, UK, and Germany. If the items you need are not in stock at your local warehouses, we will deliver them using International shipping from the nearest warehouses in other countries.

Once we receive your order, we will have prepared items within 2 business days. 

Standard Shipping for Domestic ODT - 2-10 business days

DHL Express Shipping for International ODT - 7-15 business days.

How do I track my order?

We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually, you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.

When will my parcel be processed and shipped?

Generally, your parcel will be sent out within 2 business days after we receive your payment. Sometimes your order may be out of stock. In this case, our customer service will notify you by either email or phone to confirm whether you want a refund or an exchange.

When will my order arrive?

The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information to help you track the package until received. Please kindly note we are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

What is your return or exchange policy?

How can I return or exchange an item?

Please follow the steps below to proceed your return:

1) Login on sweetv.com first;

2) Go to My Account >> My Order dashboard;

3) Find the order you want to return, click “Return” button, you will be redirected to a page that needs your detailed return information. Please offer all the information, then submit;

4) After your submission, a new return record will be generated on “My Account >> My Returns” dashboard. If your return request meets our return policy, we will let you know and proceed with the return process within 48 hours. Always check the update on “My Return” dashboard please, all multidate information will be shown here.

What if my items are damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If the items you received are damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact our Customer Care Team: [email protected] at the earliest time. And please offer us the picture proofs for us to solve the problem in the shortest possible time.

Is an item missing from my shipment?

If your order is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours. You will receive a partial refund or you can choose to resend your order.

Product Questions

How does tiara attach to the head?

2 or 4 pin loops are located at the bottom to secure in your hair with bobby pins.

Does it come with a packing box?

Yes, it comes with an exquisite gift box. Durable walls keep your headpieces protected.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

For headbands and headpieces, please take care not to drop or shake in the box. Do not attempt to bend too much to avoid breaking. Store in the box to prevent dust accumulation.

For feather pieces, if it appears that they had a rough journey and they get ruffled, you can gently stroke the feathers to "zipper" the filaments back together. Handle feather pieces with care as they are delicate.

For wired vines, please do not bend back and forth and avoid direct contact with hair products. Store in the box to prevent dust accumulation.

For tiara and crown, keep them stored in a cool dry place in the original Keepsake Box that it came in and handle it with care and gently, so the stones don't inadvertently come loose and fall out.

I have seen a product but it no longer seems to be in stock. Can you help?

If an item has a lead time stated on the product page, it means that we have currently sold out of stock (but may have stock due to arrive). If an item you wish to purchase is stated as being out of stock, it may be a discontinued product. Please contact us if you would like to find out if we’re likely to have further stock in the future.

Do you offer a bespoke service?

At this time, we’re currently able to customize existing designs (e.g. change crystal color). Please contact us if you'd like any further information.
